This policy explains what Ag Endura, LLC, the publisher of Small Cap Siren ("we", "us"), collects when you visit smallcapsiren.com or subscribe to the email digest, and what we do with it.
Ag Endura, LLC publishes Small Cap Siren and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the data controller).
Only two things: your email address, and your delivery-time preference if you choose one (the default is 7:00 AM ET). We don't ask for your name, phone number, payment details or anything else.
Signups are stored and emails are sent by our newsletter provider, Buttondown. When you subscribe, your email address goes straight to Buttondown, and their privacy policy also applies. We use your email address only to send you the digest and messages about your subscription.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes basic technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and your email app's Unsubscribe button works too. To have your email address deleted, write to contact@smallcapsiren.com from that address.
Because the site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, it doesn't track you across websites, and it treats every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Small Cap Siren isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has subscribed, write to us and we'll delete the address.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use your email address, we'll also tell subscribers in the digest.
